The 2 S1s were for a total of 3-4 mill. The prospectus is for 7 mill within an (18 month period) if I remember correctly. Each S1 has its own terms within the confines of the S1 prospectus (2x the volume within a ten trading period at 80% of the lowest PPS within that 10 day period.
You may be confusing the individual S1s with the prospectus.
