It's simple. Either the company or another entity ie: a large share holder or investment group paid for a promotion on this stock. There is nothing inherently nefarious about this at all on the surface. But it does leave one to wonder by whom this was done. OTCmarkets issues alerts to the public when such events arise as it is a material event in that it can possibly influence the trading dramatically.
