Does anyone know exactly why POTN received the horn

A $25,000,000 Company should have a great legal team
This stuff should not happen

All news release are typically run by their legal firm before being released

I am concerned why and how the company is keeping the stock price where it is for so long with a healthy volume

The slowness of doing what they say in a timely manor is concerning

I do hold a good position in the company but have growing concerns over the warning signs showing up on OTC and the lack of the company addressing the issues at hand in a timely fashion
