Strange, isn't it.

What else is strange is measuring the time till retirement. I used to use months. The plan was to 'hopefully' retire at the end of 2020, about 18 months from now.

Now I measure it in cents, like I think I can retire in 29 cents from now.

However if I tell someone that they'll probably think I'm a panhandler and give me their spare change.
