The fact that they even requested more info seems to me like they are purposely delaying it. What more info could they possibly want, in their own words they said the data shows that Actipatch works better on woman than men, so BIEL submits a 510k for only woman, so basically they are requesting info they already have, and made a decision on!
I guess someone didn't get their palms greased enough!
