My guess is that it's an extended period of consolidation. Unfortunately, there were quite a few motivated investors who could be down 30% - 90% on their investments. That kind of sting takes time to heal.
Hopefully some have the fortune to average in at these prices but it will likely just take some time to find new motivated investors as well. If the 1st quarter financials end up showing $2-$3 million in revenue for VERB, from the Sound Concepts acquisition, that will likely get the party started again.
