OD, which means the settlement was a lot bigger. The 5.5 only referred to back accruals. The 1st qtr and future qts will be reduced accordingly per Meritt's tap dancing on the CC. Do you remember what the entire ASUS patent was worth.
I guess that had some good facts on their side.
