I hate to tell you this, but MJ Munchies will be gone if GCGX doesn’t show good faith. Remember, it’s an LOI and nothing else. Don’t be fooled. Have you seen anything come from this partnership? The two companies have Smallcapvoice in common. There is no magic from GCGX, no substance, no good faith. Be realistic.

you're correct if they can show they are making money that is all that matters,unfortunately they have not showed they are making money and seem to be avoiding showing their financials.
