yes, but as you wait, the more you lose. I have a fraction of what I used too. I started investing post merger playing day trader and made quite a bit. Post merger I took advice of many on the board to wait long haul. Bad decision. To put it this way i took a big dent to the wallet, but have had other plays that have done well in the mean time. What I have left invested is for shts and giggles.
I just don't see this going back to pre-split price. With news of a finalized merger, sure we could see pop, but no where near where it was. They have let it sink too far.
reason why i think it was a pump and dump was because the only thing keeping it alive was pump faxes and emails, along with multiple prs. Now they stop and the runs are over.
