There are local rules, about 2" thick about every procedure and process.
If they continue to FAIL to prosecute, our motion to dismiss will simply be granted.

I prosecuted a civil matter in Federal court, in the Northern District of Illinois, 7th circuit court of appeals, and finally the US supreme court.

Federal Judges won't stand for shit especially the low life forms like citron and company. Keep ignoring those court orders and see what happens.

Good Morning Peeps..

I don't know all the mechanics of procedure, but I'm wondering what the court does when the Plaintiffs fail to show over and over.

I have a girl friend that was arrested for driving while intoxicated. The prosecution had all the evidence they needed to get a conviction, but she had friends in the district attorney's office and decided she was going to fight the case.

Each time the court date came up, the prosecution asked to postpone because 'they were not ready'. After the third time, the judge dismissed the case right there on the spot.

I imagine that the case with CVSI would be very similar. Even if it manages to get to a trial I still do not see any merit and expect CVSI to win.

I am no lawyer but to my knowledge, while it is probably a good idea to notify the shareholders of any change in the patent process CVSI is not REQUIRED to notify anyone so they did not break any laws.
