the physical inventory of Rotmans was completed by Vystar’s auditors yesterday (no small task), which also happens to be Rotmans year-end. We are waiting on a few items i.e.; landlord signoff due to the change in ownership control, and approval from a few banks that provide the revolving inventory credit lines.

Sounds like they are close on the year end filing on time.

Why is 30M revenue special anymore?

When they doubled the OS to 1 Billion.

The market cap is already at 50M.

Feels overvalued with a lot of assumptions on what they can do in the future.

Greg talks too much. No matter who calls him he will yap away and tell you his life story.

If he’s so busy how does he have the time to do that.

He’s a nice guy. But share buy back turn to dilution was a shocker to everyone.
