Hi All, my apologies for being light on communication the last week. Both Jamie and I needed a little break and some time with our families after the 18-hour days we put in to finish the 10K. I know there is a great deal of shareholder impatience surrounding the Rotmans acquisition and FEC asset purchase, and for us as well. I want to assure everyone both are moving forward and are near completion. By way of example, the physical inventory of Rotmans was completed by Vystar’s auditors yesterday (no small task), which also happens to be Rotmans year-end. We are waiting on a few items i.e.; landlord signoff due to the change in ownership control, and approval from a few banks that provide the revolving inventory credit lines.

As you might imagine an acquisition of this size takes a great deal of papering; just the representations and warranties are about 4 inches of paper. Our professionals are also taking a great deal of extra care because of the related parties. This also requires extreme diligence in the related disclosures.

With the 10K solidly behind us and the finalizing of FEC and Rotmans we feel all the pieces will be in place for a tremendously bright future. We believe we will have built the perfect mix of hard revenues (over $30+ million annually), combining this with the resources of more than 150+ employees, logistics, warehousing (over 100,000+ SQ FT, racked 5 bays 55FT high), a world class marketing and accounting staff and so much more will provide everything we need to succeed. This platform allows us to rapidly grow our Air Purification, bedding and medical products unfettered by the normal issues plaguing smaller companies.  It will also allow us to devote resources and time to licensing and royalty deals for our vast intellectual property holdings.
