Sure it is, the same thing was said about tggi... You know his other scam and according to the Liar tggi was the largest shareholder in bdci/gcgx. According to Dwyer the Liars PR's in 2017, tggi shareholders should have been millionaires last year... Nope, fighting to stay at trip 2's and shareholders lost their ass. Gcgx is a copy of tggi... and as all can see is going nowhere but down.

There's enough bad stuff to find on the CEO by doing some DD and google already so I doubt people here piling on have any effect.
