Well, a person could very likely fund some portion of the warrant strike price, take the profits and roll them into funding more, lather, rinse, repeat. In your scenario of $50 PPS, wouldn’t take many washes that collect a $46 profit on each warrant to get them all done. $46 profit on 1 pays for 14 more.

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure if the strike price occurs you can trade in your warrants for stock at half the amount of shares then warrants. You won’t need to buy the shares just trade them in for stock then sell for money.

TWO WARRANTS EQUAL ONE COMMON STOCK SHARE.
