.....PLAN is meaningless, imo..................FDIC controls the fate of FNBCQ.......................only residual value to common shareholders is with the sale of the NOLs........................to HANCOCK-WHITNEY BANK.................

....there is HOPE and a low probability of ultimate payout/distributions to shareholders (soon to be only cusip holders)......................

.....also, FDIC wants that $3.5mm returned ASAP...............

....and the $105mm worth of income tax refunds is still dependent upon UWBKQ/uwbi's appeal of their ITR ruling to the SCOTUS - - which could take two years even for a decision..................................

....LIFE's too short for this offal stock...............DON'T BUY ANY BUT DON'T SELL ANY IF YOU HAVE SOME.........................imo..............
