Hi Fred,
ITR may probably be going to FDIC and the debtor is left with about 700+ millions in NOL. FDIC should bring in buyer to sell the NOL. The bankruptcy claimants will get paid first (around 66mm +) and then 3.5mm to FDIC. Do the preferred class stocks get paid before common stocks? what is your opinion about the payout to common stock in a best case scenario?
