If Company's tradition is to release before market open even a Gap UP is possible.

Well they did not personally drive it down...that was done by the conversion of convertible notes...notes that were issued over 6 months ago...and if they did drive the price down... the risk of 4 to 7 years in prison for stock manipulation would be a great deterrent for that plan.
