Maxm came back last week.The sp hasn't drop below .0015 since than.Once that note is done,if thats what they're doing,than the other note come's up.I could be wrong.but this is the OTC.

And according to the 10k,the 180 million share reduction was done for sole purpose of converting the .00079 note.
