Yeah, in my opinion those were favorable, relatively less dilutive and non-dilutive financing deals, not particularly unusual except that for companies in that state, I’ve seen far worse deals with arms length financiers, who, like hard money lenders, usually demand quite extractive and sometimes problematic terms.
