I have lost all faith in any chances they will. But Wavetech may be having second thoughts.

There has obviously been a 2 month delay on the purchase/merger with Wavtech, and Wavetech already backed off on the earlier deal with ICLD.

But I suspect now, the more I think about it, that Wavetech was behind the purchase of TNS from ICLD by SGSI, so Wavetech may be in too deep now to bail. They may have planned/hatched the plan before they broker off the Bromance between ICLD and Wavetech to flirt with SGSI.

Somebody knows something, bid is up 40%, volume spike, here on SGSI and on ICLD. I see no news on either one yet. I see no official news or even pumps on them or news on Wavetech yet.

ICLD was/is? way late on an SEC filling. I have not checked there yet. Gotta run bbl.
