Don't know why you are concerned about the "wording of the opinion"!!!!!!!! Have no idea why you are focused there. BRKK won the court case. The judgment simply states that FACT!!! Then the lawyers go and get the MONEY!!! It's that simple and the wording is quite simple.
I have no idea what you are talking about, and I sincerely mean that.
Something is amiss w/BRKK and this lawsuit and why they haven't recovered some monies from it.
