I think that showing they can sell all the shrimp they have on hand at any given moment would be HUGE!

Perhaps SHMP is clueless as to how they would report the harvest to TPWD? We'll have to wait to see the report that SHMP files with TPWD, provided that TPWD releases the report if requested.
