Per the reports brad is gone. Waiting for llc filing to be adjusted and word on the A shares (controlling ones) to be 100% sure.

Mick has put out two declarations:
1. uplist
2. real auditing

for 1 to happen they have to get listed again
2 is easier and just means paying an independent accounting firm to go through the books. Lets see how long it takes for those things to happen now that the have been disclosed.

New CEO.... James Mick Davis:

Mick is the chief executive officer of a global software development company. He is also the co-founder of a counter-cyberwarfare practices consulting development team serving fortune 100 companies and foreign agencies to assess vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies. Before his current role, Mr. Davis's executive responsibilities included leadership to equity investors and hedge fund partners. He also served as a senior advisor at USCYBERCOM at Fort Meade Maryland and the Defense Intelligence Agency. Mr. Davis earned the distinction of being elected by industry peers from the National Cable Television Cooperative to serve as the youngest Director to the Board of the American Cable Television Association. During this period he helped found High Speed Access Corporation one of the first broadband Internet Service Providers. Mr. Davis was as a political appointee to the Maryland Department of Education and was instrumental in the development and deployment of the first statewide Internet access capability to public libraries and schools. Mick also worked as a subject matter expert for a variety of defense contractors in the Naval Aviation Research, Test and Evaluation community focused on disruptive technologies and innovation. Educated at the University of Maine, as he began his career was a Naval Electronic Warfare and Intelligence Operator accumulating nearly 4,000 flight hours as a United States Naval Combat Aircrew Reservist.
