Cmon man that is simply not even remotely accurate.
This POS has not ever been “listed”.
So to say they just have to get “listed again” is incorrect and irresponsible.
To say an audit “is easier” is a grossly inaccurate assessment of what is required.
Lots of otc piles of crap companies make such lofty claims, yet few actually accomplish such goals.
Some companies actually attempt to go through the lengthly process that can literally take years ,if successfull at all. Most fail for various reasons typically due to the financial burden it places on these small issuers.
Others never really intended to complete the process at all to begin with and instead use it as another venue for selling worthless stock.
