Within the last few weeks the new management of XREG has reinstated the company from a dead issue and brought financial filings up to date through the end of 2018.

They had to catch up on over 20 delinquent filings which you can see here: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/XREG/disclosure

This representes a large capital investment so it is clear a new company business plan will be launched for XREG at some point. That's what we are waiting on now. The old website and old business plan no longer apply and should not be considered of any importance. I am sure we will see everything launched under new names and sites when they are ready.
