I know the debate between Joy and Kurzweil. Very familiar with it.

I would say that I used to think he was right. I am leaning toward Bill Joy’s take a bit more every year. His darker view seems to be what is happening, unfortunately, even as wonderful things are also happening. It’s not necessarily working out as one would wish...

But, still think it’s not yet determined who wins.

Might I say, my view is partial to Bill Joy’s view for the very same reason that this all came up, that someday you’ll be debating a hedge fund’s AI about whether a company will succeed and you won’t know it and they will have all the time in the world and non-stop interest in making their points. Already kind of the case, so we don’t know if we’re debating Robots. In the 2016 election, apparently we were...
