I got the number from Nasdaq. The number listed there as shares. Top institution holder only owns 50,000 shares. Total only 0.03% which supported my number.

50 million shares approximately 10% not 1%.

I believe you there are several institutional holders who may own shares about 20% of shares outstanding. I believe they keep accummulating. My logic is if retail holders know the deep value of Nwbo and understand the valid optimism based on blinded data, the Institutional firms must know too because they have seasoned and trained analysts in the sector. Looks like these tutes are accummulating in stealth mode.
