When a company purchased a company, they assume all liabilities and contracts. That doesn't mean they might not renegotiate the deal, but they are getting license fees for doing nothing. This year Rich must pay $255K and he still hasn't starting selling any products...claim is products in June. So far, all he has is Brand names.
