Email already proved me wrong in my assumption. My only thought was they would want everything clean with Finra and E*TRADE so the news can have maximum effect

$VRUS --- Correct Investigation is not into the Company it is into trading irregularities caused by outside influences.

They are not being investigated they initiated the investigation to allow S/H's to be able to trade in a free and fair way.

$VRUS being manipulated and ain't going to put up with that crap.
