Please let us know why do you think that? For me there is no relationship between the news releases timing and the Finra investigation, which by the way was requested by the company. And as the company mentioned in twitter, it was done for the good of shareholders and to have news halted until the investigation is concluded would not be good for us :

In response to the high volume of investor correspondence, we have requested that FINRA examine the unusual trading in VRUS shares on April 18th, 2019.

We take our fiduciary responsibility to shareholders very seriously, and part of that responsibility extends to fostering a fair trading environment. We felt obligated to report this irregular activity to regulators for further examination.

In my opinión they will release news and filings when available and according to legal requirements as they have done in a transparent way until now. I think very soon we are going to receive a lot of excellent news, with or without Finra investigation being finished.
