Glad Seth is steering this company and saved it. Question is who benefitted? My guess is it wasn't the shareholders since they are down 99 percent in that time!

Its pretty damn hard to run a company like this, especially when it had a tiny chance of survival

Why does the Company have "a tiny chance of survival"?

Because CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw was "spineless" in inking the 2013 settlement with ITL, then continued by flushing millions of the TAUG shareholders' dollars down toilet throughout the remainder of 2013 into early 2014! The term "spineless" was recently used to describe Dr. Stella Sung's decision to "settle" with Typenex in early 2015.

Why the flushing of the millions of dollars? Because Shaw performed no commercial viability DD, while acquiring Pilus Energy. The Pilus Energy buyout followed the hundreds of thousands that were flushed by hooking up with OTC scammer Bruce Harmon and GNIN to sell non-existent bamboo-based hospital wipes! AGAIN...NO DD BY SHAW! Speaking of 2013, the Constellation Diagnostics venture also slammed the TAUG investors for a good chunk of change, i.e. $100,000! And just for good measure in 2013, CEO Seth Shaw signed the Typenex convertible note agreement!

Along with the above very costly failures, TAUG'S CEO Seth Shaw "delivered" Dr. Stella Sung to TAUG and then provided an unfettered public personal endorsement of Sung becoming TAUG's CEO! Based on Shaw "blaming" Dr. Sung for every single Company screw-up, between February 2014 and June 2015, Sung's rise to the CEO position must be viewed as just one more of Shaw's abject FAILURES!

NOPE! Contrary to the claim, it was CEO Seth Shaw's excruciatingly bad performance from January 2013 to mid-February 2014 that created TAUG's "tiny chance of survival"! During this disastrous period, the TAUG share price plummeted by roughly 80%, as Shaw was delivering one failure after another!

ISN'T CONSULTANT CEO SETH SHAW's FRAGILE EGO SOMETHING SPECIAL? IT IS ALWAYS, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT!!!
