It is NOT dilution ongoing. It was an accretive financing. The shares are known and accounted for. Just 6 million shares to get us Sound Concepts, Get us off the OTC and put $$$ in the till to continue to work with Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle and the others we are currently completing new joint products with.

I am 1000% good with it! If you aren't then sell.
