and I never said they were not retail I said not many retail traders are going to offer up millions of shares to buy at this point in time...

At one point during the actual discussion there were 25 million shares offered for purchase at 0015 by the two of them... I highly doubt those belonged to retail.

Its just common OTC trading sense that a stock experiencing dilution does not have massive quotes due to the fear that the PPS can drop at any given time.

So yea they do retail, but they are primarily institutional Market Makers... your trades are routed out from your broker and if CDEL or CSTI happen to have clients selling or buying at the time you place an order they will pick up the trade...but its all done thru computers so its random. I use Etrade..NITE gets the biggest portion of my trades, then ETRF ( the old etrade MM, but no longer affiliated with Etrade) and I get CSTI and CDEL as well. All of that means nothing when it comes to what the dialog was about when we were talking about a possible buy back taking place.
