The Hive board and Genesis management are fighting over control as their financial agreement which, according to HIVE, was not maintained by Genesis. HIVE says Genesis owes them $50 million. No love lost there.

Seems like it was an ill-advised merger last year. The Genesis people wanted HIVE CEO, Frank Holmes, out then but Holmes became interim director. Don't know for sure, but seems like Streng wants to run the whole show and now is attempting a board takeover. Doesn't look to be quick solution. If it goes to shareholder vote there needs to be a lot more information.
