The only way ACRL is going to generate positive long term news and long term POS growth is with successful drilling on their properties.

However, buying shares on the open market doesn't finance ACRL.

If I were Glenn, because ACRL has no room to sell common shares for a private placement cause they have no room in their Authorised is to start a second private Ontario company, raise flow thru (125% tax deductible to Canadians) in it and then JV with ACRL and spend the flow thru on the property drilling..

Problem solved.

Otherwise ACRL are in a bind if they don't Reverse Split or raise their Authorised but they have no money for an AGM so the private solution, above, is a good option.
