20K-0.0001 x 174.588M-0.0002 now. Before the later of yesterday OCLG (1.2B ~ 1B shares Huge OS) had "No Any Bid At All" for several days! Why?

How did the company try to scam the investors here besides the Endless Giant OS dilutions? TIA!

Anyway its peer (ACTL) only has mere 699M shares FIXED Tiny OS but it had already crashed to 0 x 0.0001 or 0 x 0.0002 for few times!
