Yes, indeed it is true! The most current posted 'financials' for AMFE were for the period ended 31 March 2018.

Nothing more current than that. Over a year stale. There are ZERO financials since then.

Plus, AMFE is a non-SEC reporting company anymore. Roger took it 'dark' in 2015 filing a Form 15 and withdrawing the SEC registration of AMFE. So it's a non-reporting 'dark' penny ticcker and CANNOT file anything on EDGAR.
