In their definition (BIEL) would accept a deferred payment, if the credit worthiness of the buyer, was suspect. I believe I read that, in their financials under deferred payments. Now, who is holding the payment? Is it in escrow? It seems a long time to be waiting for completion of the deal, maybe we will find out the details in 23 days? I hope that day turns out to be one of those "May Day, Pay Day's" I read about. FDA could be another one, who knows? JMHO Have a good day.
