Bluebird doesn't put CBD in food. That was Carls Jr. doing it. They just got it from bluebird.

IMO, FDA will determine some relatively arbitrary CBD levels for food, dietary, and medicinal uses.

Imagine the FDA telling you that you can ingest CBD as long as it isn't accompanied by gelatin or flavoring. They would have to crack down on capsules lol.

I think CWBHF will greatly benefit from the implementation of FDA regulations in comparison to the many smaller, less prepared companies.
