Yes that amount includes MARTA, TRANQUILITY and ATU, among others . Rosen quoted $600M but that imo is him being a D--k.

I think the value is closer to $400M and most, if not all, have already been denied in other court jurisdictions.

I believe the MARTA claims was already denied in (?Texas?) federal court so that situation may mirror what happened to the EC claims, making their denial in Bk court a possible formality.
