interesting that's what I was thinking but wasn't sure.. So from what i can tell it looks like the patent department only had a problem with our patent because it was to similar to one companies patents. Now that those should have been cleared up with the amendments I would think the company should be good to go with getting it granted. Is that how the rest of you see this as well?
