Small operators if this is one, don't have a chance in Canada. The big conglomerates in Canada have control. It's just another hype tweet hoping to boost the pps. Typical Dwyer tweet where nothing can fall back on him when nothing transpires. Give it about a month or two and another tweet will come out about some JV with another small Canadian CO. and he'll try to ride that for a couple months.
