And, now that the company is no more, the NOL'S have no value.

When it’s all said done we who knew knew already. 4.3 was just the beginning of something much bigger and all the way through the process there was a deterrence. The Nols are very integral as well as the product that was produced that’s what keeps the Nols intact. In the end Bioamber is on the train to a better tomorrow. Biodegradable is the future. Bioamber is definitely a story stock. There was a beginning there will be an end

Observing this battle, makes for good entertainment. ;-)

I'm focused on another CCAA file which was recently extended to the beginning of June and the Quebec Gov't just provided $2 million to the company through Investissement Quebec...same PwC Monitor.
