BIOAQ has a 'Q' added, Board members resigned and assets liquidated.

EORBF has no 'Q' added, Board members did not resign, under CCAA and Quebec Gov't provided the company $2 million through Investissement Québec to reach new extension date.

There is no guaranty shareholders are SAFE.
