here's the way i see it. we all know that ECFL has been MIA lately, and I'm not sure they even have a operational business running. Their website doesn't exactly inspire confidence. However, CompleteAuto is a real company as I understand it. It is in THEIR interest to make the merger happen to make the company publicly traded. ECarfly is just a symbol to them. When the merger happens, and I'm assuming it will because CompleteAuto wants it to and ECarfly has run out of gas on its own, then we will be trading a real operating company for a change.

Sitting around complaining that Desmond is a terrible CEO and Ecarfly is a POS, etc., is pointless. The play here is with CompleteAuto alone. So let's focus on them.

I could be wrong here, but that's what I understand from my time lurking here.
