So to sum that up, Bruce and Bill are in the final days of settlement of all lawsuits as we did not hear much from them last year and this year, Treasury and HUD will come with a plan within weeks (due to the fact they settled with Bruce and Bill otherwise there is no plan as the impact of losing the suits will derail all efforts they taken, or even worse need to be crawled back) the administration has a plan,
The 5th will rule

Now in the most logical order it will be:
1) 5th circuit (NWS needs to be rules Illegal to avoid future misbehaviors)
2) Settlement with Bruce and Bill
3) FHFA (Treasury/HUD) administrative plan to release with 5th circuit and lawsuits settlement implemented
4) Treasury congress plan to overhaul the complete system in 20+years

As consequence FnF
Will be paid back all the 5th will rule
In the future nothing like the NWS can happen again as the precedent is set
FnF will relist to NYSE
Congress will battle for years to come on what to do and how to accomplice that, and to make things even worse, Ginnie entered the arena, so now only really smart people can work on the matter to unwind the system and rebuild it, with balancing private and government it always comes down to the government paying for all the stuff they want ..
