Any idea as to why TEVA has been in such a long term down-trend?

Sold CCs on Teva again.

Got $0.23 for $14.50 strike. Expire this Friday.

As it turns out, I screwed up. Teva announced the release of a new drug this morning before I made the trade. I waited and waited, and not much happened, so I went ahead with the trade.

A few minutes later ... TEVA spikes much higher. Scheisse!

Oh well, it'll probably settle back down due to hesitations related to earnings release on May 2.
