TEVA Near-Term Goals

I bought TEVA a couple days ago and intend to do Buy-Writes for a period of time.

The upper chart (over a long period of time) shows three horizontal Sup-Res lines that the stock should react to (i.e. causing stalls while price is going higher -- providing support while price is going lower).

The lower chart (covering a shorter, 13-month, period) also shows a conventional stock chart, but also shows an additional chart at the right which represents calculated statistical closing price distributions which peak at SR (Sup:Res) levels. That chart was the source of the blue lines.

Seeing TEVA bottom out near the bottom SR line a couple days ago is what caused me to purchase the stock.

Did I do a Buy/Write when I got into the stock? You bet ... I got the stock for $14.50 then immediately sold $14.50 CCs (for $0.24) that expire today. Interestingly, for the last 45-minutes TEVA has been stuck at a little more than a penny below the strike of my Calls. That's still good news to me because yesterday TEVA traded like crap and I was beginning to wonder if I made a mistake.
