Did Chanbond steal the patents or do they own them. I don’t think Chanbond stole anything and surely Chanbond ows the patents.

If Chanbond owns the patents and didn’t steal them, what is then the problem? They are allowed to sell them, lease and even bring to court those who infringe on them. In this country you cannot infringe something on anyone, regardless if you agree or not, the rule of law will be applied as it should be

ChanBond has the IPR just like Qualcomm will be getting paid[settlement] to from Apple[Apple has always been a Troll].

The 13 Cable companies[plus Cisco and Arris] trolled to find the IPR to make their DVR boxes work.
