They are "supposedly" manufacturing $750k EACH cold water CBD extractors.....with orders for AT LEAST 300 of them

I suppose their manufacturing facility is the Bathroom?

I am pretty sure these companies did not have supposedly "guaranteed" 200M+ $$ from their bedroom, fruit shed etc.. It is totally ridiculous and you know it! Only fools fall for that. They deserve to lose money on this well soooo obvious SCAM.

Ideas start up in small settings agree, but that is not where the big revenues are being done with physical products. SIML is too early with these scammy filings when they don't have anything of substance to back it up!

Show the evidence! Production location, products, ANYTHING that is not just empty words! Pics or it didn't happen. And not shutterstock pics to fake facilities or products as being theirs.

No one on the bandwagon could so far.

And your outsourcing story is irrelevant, they state in their company profile that they manufacture and distribute the systems themselves:
"Proscere Bioscience manufactures and distributes commercial cold-water CBD extraction systems."
Nothing about outsourcing, rebranding or whatever. As if a real production company is putting their name at risk with such a shady new paper "company" without any history, revenues, assets etc.
